e-Commerce Management
E-Commerce is an MBA course that helps e-commerce business managers to use information communication and e-commerce innovation technologies for capacity building, nurturing them to become creative professionals who can go along with digital transformation brought by advanced technologies. The latest development of information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data accelerates digitalization in the industrial structure and the competitive landscape, ushering in digital transformation that prompts revolutionary changes in the industrial ecosystem as a whole. E-Commerce aims to produce excellent managers who can identify opportunities and risk factors in digital transformation using ICT and e-commerce technologies and discover creative ways to respond to the ever-changing business environment. To this end, our students learn the latest theories and trends in e-commerce analysis, distribution information systems, omnichannel service, live commerce, blockchain, metaverse, smart logistics management, etc. and apply the knowledge to real-life business cases with a view to creative and convergence-oriented digital management capabilities that enable data curation-based decisions. With the practical knowledge and skills related to the latest e-commerce, our graduates advance not only into the fields of traditional management majors but also into occupations and industries that require e-commerce business management, online distribution/logistics, and cutting-edge IT-related knowledge. Other options are changing jobs and starting a business.

As a leading course in GSBA, e-Commerce researches and works with domestic e-commerce leaders to connect logistics management with the 50-year-old alumni network and the relevant disciplines (ICT-based e-commerce analysis, omnichannel, smart logistics, live commerce, etc.). This ICT logistics convergence creates an innovative management environment.
